A few notes about commissions

With regards to timing, sketches and watercolour works can generally be produced in one week, while oil paintings can be produced in 3-4 weeks. These numbers are only a rough guide as they are dependant on the size and complexity of the project. 

In terms of price, the time and effort that goes into each piece of work is where the cost is determined. Oil painting requires time; to achieve the level of detail the Artist desires, layering, drying time, touch ups, varnishing, etc. Commission price estimates will be agreed upon prior to. 

The first step of the process is for the Artist to take high-def photos in the poses and style desired for painting reference. 

The Artist maintains artistic license over all aspects of the Artistic process, such as the background, poses, props, colour and number of photographs taken during the initial photo shoot.

The Artist does her best to comply with the Collectors instructions and wishes, while the final Work is at the Artists discretion.

The Artist uses a dramatic approach to her artwork with renaissance, neo-classical and modern influence with human models (generally) as primary subject focus.
